Booking/ Cancellation Policy

Please read before booking

Welcome, thank you for considering me as your barber!

Before booking, please review my policies –


Cancellation Policy 
I require 24 hours when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that time frame will result in a fee of 50% of service booked. By booking, you are accepting these terms.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. 
Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes will have to be rescheduled.

One late arrival can upend multiple appointments, and if that is the case, your appointment will be rescheduled at my discretion. A late arrival fee of 100% of service will be charged.


No Shows
No shows are unacceptable, barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies.

No shows will automatically forfeit any deposit, or will not be able to make a future appointment until the fee is paid.

No shows will be charged a no show fee 100% of the service, that must be paid before another appointment is booked.


Redo/Fixes
After a service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service.

When contacting me, please let me know your specific concerns or issues, and include a few, well-lit pictures of the area concern.


Products
My product return policy is as follows – any opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products must be returned within 25 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
